Bonarif' s sewing expeditions

I went to Hancock fabrics yesterday fully intending to buy some St Patrick's day fabric and make a simple vest. As I walked around looking at material, I really thought, why am I going to make it with this shamrock material? I won't be able to wear it again until next year...and if I am feeling like sewing..(why there is feeling attached I have no idea at this point) (but you know there is)! Anyway, I see some really pretty material that has green in it...Yes I tell myself, that's what I will do! Well, then I had to re visit the book and pick out a cuter vest that I could wear with jeans or shorts! But it will work for the party of course, I will just make a green hair bow to match! I was at the fabric store 75 minutes, with only about 10 minutes of actual productive time! Good times! So that's what the sewing a vest is all about! I think I may possibly be slightly crazy! I am already in for 25.00 and I have not bought buttons...which I looked at and of course liked the ones that are 2 for 4.25....and I need 4 : (

Blepharoplasty

OK..So I went and had a Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty .   I was a bit skeptical at first!  But I gotta say that after having it just this past Wed...I am so excited!  The Procedure was really easy! I had Dr. Waldrop for the surgeon..who is amazing!  I have hardly no bruising and the incision stitches are so small they can only be seen in my 10 times mirror!!! Oh, did I mention that I am slightly blind...thanks 10 timeser mirror...OMG!!!!!  Anyway.....

Totally so much happiness!!   Sorry no photographs of me..maybe next week!  LOL  I'm still a girl...I don't like photo's of myself on a usual day!!! How about a photo from vacation!!  This cute little guy and many of his friends live at the resort we visit...maybe he would like to have a Blepharoplasty someday!     Have a great week end! 

Home...Oh what a feeling!  After a long awaited vacation...it sure feels nice to sleep in your own bed, take a long hot bath, and watch your favorite TV show on your own couch!  Sounds silly...

I loved vacation, and would change not one thing!  Relaxing, sun, beautiful sunsets, amazing food, good friends and a great book!
Still,  while on vacation we are getting a ton of exercise, cause that's just how we roll...we must have walked 20 miles...and it would depend on who you asked for an accurate count! LOL!  Leaving 85 degree sunshine and arriving home to 58 degrees...booooooo!  Still nice to come home!
So as we get back to the grind of life...we can reflect and enjoy some photo's of the trip!

Finally a Friday after a long week! Tomorrow...Lovebug! She is close to walking...Photo's soon! I can hardly stand how cute she is!!!! Other plans for the week end include sewing...sleeping and watching some Netflix movies..I am so happy we switched! Cable just is not worth the money!!! Now time to catch up to some missed seasons! Starting with S of A!

Happy Halloween time! Fall is here, and Christmas will be here soon! I can't believe Starla will be walking soon and turning one! So much to be thankful for!
